Here is a simple carpet and pad repair. The home owner's carpet got wet but not to the point where it was destroyed. To repair the floor, we pulled the carpet back and let it dry. Then we added a new pad and stretched the carpet to fit the hallway again. It looked and felt great.
Jean wanted new hardwood flooring through their Lake Rose home that would blend with old hardwood in the entryway. We installed 3/4 x 2 1/4 raw solid hardwood which we then sanded and stained to match the existing wood.

Here are some before and after pictures of a solid hardwood flooring project we completed in the SW Metro Minneapolis area. The owners chose a 3/4 x 3 1/4 Hickory plank wood — very heavy duty stuff. Once we added the new hardwood, the floor was sturdy enough to drive a car on! Before: After:
